Here are glitches that I have found on some of the Sonic games.
After activating debug mode on Sonic 3&K, I hit this item box and became Ashura for a split second.
After Ashura, the screen turned me into a chocolate-like Sonic.\
Getting Sonic in Knuckles' Sky Sanctuary Zone caused Knuckles to become blue like Sonic during his ending sequence.
